Why TTC Atlas

Leveling With You

Why We Choose the Hardware, and Why That’s Good for You.

Standard equipment at every desk is what keeps Atlas fast, secure, and affordable.

Most IT providers inherit someone else’s environment: parts from six vendors, assembled by whoever was around, with a different standard at every desk. Supporting that is slow, expensive, and risky, for the provider and for the business.

Atlas changes the starting point. Every seat runs on hardware we chose, trust, and support every day. Same device, same configuration, same security baseline at every desk. When something fails, we’re not diagnosing a mystery. We’re replacing a known part.

That means faster fixes, tighter security, and a lower cost to support each seat.

Always current, always covered.

When the next generation of the desk device ships, your seats get it. A monitor fails, it’s replaced. A headset breaks, it’s replaced. Nobody on your team has to think about equipment ever again.

What’s in Every Seat

Everything on the Desk. Everything Behind It.

Six things your team needs to work, supplied and managed by one partner.

White-Glove Managed IT & Security

TTC’s full managed IT and security stack: proactive monitoring, cybersecurity protections, help desk, and ongoing management, included with every seat.

Equipment & User Lifecycle

From provisioning a new hire to revoking access and recovering equipment when someone leaves, TTC coordinates setup, replacement, refreshes, and ongoing support.

Windows Cloud PC

A secure Windows desktop hosted in the cloud, configured for each user’s role and accessed through a streamlined desk-side device.

Microsoft 365 & Licensing

Email, Teams, and the productivity tools your team already relies on, with licensing, configuration, and administration handled by TTC.

Business Phone System

Managed business calling integrated into the seat, with phone equipment, configuration, and ongoing support from TTC.

The Desk Kit

A compact device, monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, phone, headset, and accessories. TTC supplies, configures, supports, and refreshes all of it.

01
Step 01

Choose the right seat

We match the employee to the Atlas edition and resources their role needs.

02
Step 02

TTC deploys

We prepare the device, cloud desktop, licensing, security, and calling experience.

03
Step 03

Your team gets to work

The employee signs in to a consistent, supported environment on day one.

04
Step 04

Scale or offboard with confidence

When roles or headcount change, TTC coordinates access, licenses, equipment, and support. A departure is a revoked login and a returned kit, not a search for a laptop.

Built to Scale

Add a User. Set Them Up. Keep Moving.

Headcount changes shouldn’t be an IT project.

Every hire, role change, and departure runs through the same four steps, and TTC runs all four. You tell us who. We handle the device, the desktop, the licenses, the phone, and the access, and we take it all back when the time comes.

The Right Seat for Every Role

TTC Atlas Editions

Three seats, matched to the work. Most teams are a mix, and we’ll tell you which seat each role needs.

Edition 01

Core

For single-app roles

Shipping, data entry, the front desk. A locked-down environment running the approved applications that role needs, with no full desktop to maintain. Right-sized by design, not stripped down.

  • Locked-down, app-focused environment
  • One display, basic webcam, headset, and business phone
  • Full managed IT, security, and help desk
Edition 02

Performance

For the everyday knowledge worker

A full Windows Cloud PC, Microsoft 365, business calling, and the standard desk kit. In at nine, out at five, everything works.

  • Full Windows Cloud PC
  • Microsoft 365 and business calling
  • Dual displays, upgraded camera, headset, phone
  • Full managed IT, security, and help desk
Edition 03

Executive

For leadership and client-facing VIPs

A more powerful Cloud PC, a larger curved display, and an upgraded headset and camera. The desk you’d want a client to see on a video call.

  • Higher-performance Windows Cloud PC
  • Larger curved display
  • Upgraded headset and camera
  • Full managed IT, security, and help desk

Every edition includes TTC’s managed IT, security, help desk, and lifecycle management. Editions change what’s on the desk and in the cloud, never the level of support behind it.

Common Questions About TTC Atlas

The questions that come up before a first seat is ordered.

A compact Cloud PC Device, monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, phone, headset, and required accessories, supplied and configured by TTC as part of the seat. The exact kit varies by edition and agreement.
Not for Atlas seats. TTC provides and manages the workstation equipment under the service agreement, so covered users don’t need separate desktop purchases.

TTC coordinates user setup, access, licensing, equipment provisioning, and deprovisioning as employees join, change roles, or leave. You tell us who; we handle the rest.
TTC handles covered hardware support, replacement, and refreshes under the service agreement. When a new generation of the desk device ships, seats are upgraded. Your team is always on current, covered equipment.
At a predictable monthly price per user. The three editions (Core, Performance, Executive) are matched to each role, so the price follows the needs of the seat rather than a one-size bundle.
No. Atlas is added per user, so you can phase it in: start with new hires or with the PCs due for retirement, and move the rest of the team over as their equipment ages out. There is no cut-over day.
Atlas is built for organizations that want to simplify employee technology, stop juggling separate purchases and vendors, and scale with one accountable IT partner. If you’re already on Microsoft 365, you’re most of the way there.
